An Apology for Hornchurch Fans

I would just like to apologise to all the Hornchurch fans for my last post. I must say I was out of order. I din't mean to offend and I am sorry. What annoyed me at the time was the way some fans were saying that the league was crap, how you would walk the league and that your youth team would win it. I, like many people, hate to see clubs struggle and what has happened to you is really sad to see. I hope we can start again and have many days of happy banter!!!

You must understand our point of view though, the league is poor, or 'crap' compared to that of which we have grown used to.

 

The Conference South is literally leagues higher in standard than that of which we will be playing in next year. The attendances are far higher and the grounds of better quality.

 

This is not meant to be an arrogant post trying to offend, just justify why we seemed to 'annoy' you...

personally I think that the apology would have been more welcome if it wasn't 'qualified' with the reasons why you posted it....but hey...thats just my opinion....
