Supporters Football League

I am looking to try and get a Supporters Teams League going next season, with it running through my company web-site to keep the admin to a minimum.

 

To chesk out how this can run take a look at our site for more information, we are getting pub sides together at present but there is no trouble getting Supporters Teams in as well.

 

Teams could play each other when there sides meet if they are in the same league, It runs as a league ladder rather than a table and is cheap to join per player rather than a team and does run very easy on the admin side i do most of it all through the web-site

 

If you are interested in getting a team together and playing let me know and we can go from there.

Two from each club and we have ESL team.......Rob where do you get these ideas? Sunday Football is on the decline anyway and wham your looking to start new stuff.........good luck

It was not my idea, Someoneelse came up with it and he is paying me to run it.

 

Anyway where do you get the idea sunday football is in decline the Mercury Waltham League had 7 new clubs join this season

 

And Finally I never said this was a sunday league, take a look at the web-site you can play #

jumpers for goalposts if you want,

5, 6, 7 or 11 a side,

matches played to any time limit you want,

no fines,

no paperwork,

no meetings,

not even a referee if you dont want one,

no offsides,

in the park, on astro, inside or out

no fa fees, league fees, county fees

 

sounds like better football to me already

Wasn't that made illegal ? And, if memory serves, still the case as it has never been removed ?

well fick mein alten steifel....do me a favour and look at the Sunday league..7 new clubs fantastic, look at the 70's 80's and even 90's for how many divisions there were and how many there are now. Ok forget Sundays, what about the Brooke waltham Saturday league the Northern Suburban etc...20 years you said you had.........anyway pm me your address Ive got an invoice for you...ta

Sunday football is on decline.Many pitches going unused this season.The Mercury still has 7 leagues ,but the amount of games being cancelled (because one side or the other doesn't show, or a team fails to have enough men turn up) was much worse this season.

Some of the refs we had in the past four years added so much injury time we were still playing on Sunday morning!
