Friday's Listening

Recommended Posts

All yesterday's CD's plus the following...

Beatles - Abbey Road - my third favourite album of theirs. A cigar to anyone who can name the top 2.

Spiritualized - Feel So Sad Cd single from 1991. 13-minute epic.

Curve - Frozen EP again from '91 - haven't heard this for ages

Metallica - Metallica for those MAD moments

Smiths - Singles class

A compliation of current stuff I put together last night including The Music, The Coral, BRMC, Sugababes, Oasis, Doves

That's what I would of said as well! Unless a Carter album has sneaked in

I've got the Curve and Spiritulized singles as well.

The only difference to my listening from yesterday is Neds Atomic Dustbin, which I listened to on the way home yesterday has been replaced by:

BIS Their first album , whatever it's called - It's very good though!

1. The White Album

2. Sargent Peppers

They'd be mine...

Today in the changer I have..

Beck - Odelay

Gemma hayes - Night on My Side

Radiohead - OK Computer

Compilation with King Biscuit Time, Miss Dynamite (that new single is a bit infectious), The Coral & The White Stripes - it's a bit weird as a combo but I like it.

The Music - forget the name of the album...

Led Zepplin II

Have the 3EPs by Beta Band and Stone Roses Second Coming in reserve too.

Should get me to Bournemouth.

I think I need a bigger changer

Ok - Top Beatles albums, just to clear the confusion...

1. The White Album

2. Revolver

3. Abbey Road

4. Sgt Peppers

5. Rubber Soul

6. A Hard Day's Night

7. Let It Be

8. Help!

Magical Mystery Tour doesn't really count as it was released as 2 EPs in this country until the 70's.

Please Please Me and With The Beatles I do own, but never get listened to.

Beatles For Sale would get in at 9, but who ever heard of a Top 9??

Top 10 Beatles solo albums to follow.... <img src="/forums/images/icons/wink.gif" alt="" />
