Flexitickets

<img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />There is an idea floating around the clubs at the moment regarding Flexitickets. There are some supporters who cannot purchase season tickets either because of the cost or the fact that, like me, they work shifts and weekends. Flexitickets could be bought at any time and consist of a book of say 5 tickets, which can be redeemed at any match that the holder wanted to attend. They would be discounted the same as season tickets and would provide advanced funds to the club. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> Unlike season tickets they can be purchased at any time during the season so that people do not have a time limit to buy them. They could easily be sold in the club shop at home matches as well as through the club.

I would'nt see the need to discount a book of 5 tickets, 10 tickets may get you a small discount, but the concept sounds supporter friendly and a cash generator for the club. Could there also be an issue of who uses the tickets? would the purchaser have to be the sole user, or could they be used by friends or family? Would only one ticket per book be available to use on one game? etc etc

It's been posted on Stevenage site that supporters can get books of 3,6 or 12 tickets next season. There is a saving of £1 per game and they can be used at any home game throughout the season.
