Me and the Lad will still attend matches, Whatever we are called, Where ever we play and at whatever level we play at.

 

We started our adventure 3 and a half years ago now and we didn't know we were a "money club" at the time we just enjoyed the atmosphere and the sense of belonging and togetherness.

 

Thanks Tony and Carl.

 

Thankyou to all involved in running the club at whatever level, What a family we have created.

 

I would like to think we have finally hit bottom and this is as bad as it gets, lets just hope we still have a team to support next season.

There was a fantastic atmosphere at your place and at ours when you came to play us just before the end of the season. Keep the faith and enjoy the second coming, kada.

 

[i think that 'Athletico' or 'Racing Club de' should have been given consideration rather than 'AFC' Hornchurch but then what do I know?]

Best of Luck to AFC Hornchurch in the new season, we feel for you as we know what it is like to have problems - every season we go into the close period not knowing if the team will reappear next season or not. So I hope that the FA put you back into Ryman 1 and look forward to seeing a successful team of Urchins competing in that league.

Gutted Tony & Carl are leaving. Thank you fellas, for all the hardwork, and the fun and games. You were here a short while, but will be sadly missed.

It`s already been said but once again, Thanks TC & CT for the much needed lift you gave the club and fans when it was needed.. You will both be sadly missed & i`m sure our paths will cross again someday...

 

As for JL......What a dream it must be for him to inherit a squad of players & a set of fans like he has.... One thing i`m pretty sure of is that he has 100% backing from the fans, lets hope that the players can show him the same loyalty as we will....

Whatever happens next, we're behind the team and the club itself all the way.

This is just the beginning of yet another era for the Urchins

 

Best of luck to Tony and Carl for the future and of course to the new gaffer, Johnny Lawrence who is the new leader of our football team.

 

On a side note, and looking as optimistically as possible, at least we will start next season top of the league with our new name 'AFC Hornchurch'!

Gutted, Angry , numb? Just cant explain how i feel,Tony and Carl, absolute legends as far as I am concerned.

As soon as I heard, I had to pull the truck over and gather my thoughts.

John Lawrence and Paul Mahler should take over I thought...hey presto!

They say there is always some good and I suppose thats the best news I am gonna hear for a while.

 

Just waitin for the next bombshell!
