I've already been to Eastbourne, we played there this year, no doubt mikefleet was there in a journalistic capacity.

understandable distance wise but Alty are a quality club who have a fantastic history - one of the non league greats.

 

Moss Lane is a quaint old ground but is football to its roots - unlike i dare to suggest, Eastbournes "sports complex" however nice it might be.

 

we northerners are glad both Southport and Alty are back in the top flight and anyway carlisle did you a favour by keeping stevenage down so i all id say

It's still a long way to go compared to Eastbourne Borough though, isn't it. I know I'm stating the obvious, but that's what I'm best at.

Well, I'll endeavour to get there - it's always nice to visit a ground you haven't been to before.

So we lost two southern away trips, Barnet and Farnborough, while we lost three northern teams, Carlisle, Leigh and Forest Green Rovers. Okay Forest Green is a northern team but it's still far away.

 

Meanwhile we gained two southern teams Cambridge and Grays, while we gained three northern teams, Kiddy, Alty and Southport.

Good to have Altrincham back. Can remember them winning the inaugral Gola league at Stonebridge Road way back.

 

About time we repaid them by winning it at theirs this season !
