Sudbury? Yesterday was their third consecutive Vase final defeat and once again they froze on the day. Bit like Andy Cole's international appearances for England.

Didcot had them well sussed and must have been laughing all the way home to their trophy cabinet when Banya replaced Claydon. Now unless the latter was injured, which he didn't appear to be, what was that all about? Great goal by Wardley for the Suds but made a pigs ear of things two minutes later with the oggy.

The dive in the box for the last minute penalty was unbelievable! Still good second half and some fine socialising with you guys before and after the game.

We went back to the pub and stood by the bar. Richie wasn't feeling too good in the end so we shot off home. Must have been that burger and chips he had!
