Is Chris Baker's post, as Fleet's Leisure Community Liaison Officer full-time? Isn't he the Head Steward too?

 

Its been a long time coming but this is exactly the sort of thing the Club needs to push in order to generate more interest amongst people locally.

Do we know the cost of the scheme? I will call the club next week anyway, but it would be niceto see cost quoted in the News Release.

Well Safety Officer actually but close enough.

 

No my new role is only on a part time basis at present but who knows what the future may hold. I am very happy to have accepted the role which I will carry out in conjunction with my Safety Officer responsibilities. I see it as a very progressive move by the club and I hope many of you will make use of the wonderful facilities we now have at our disposal.

 

If anyone out there is associated with any organisation that could benefit from our community scheme or if you just have ideas for functions or events which you would like to see arranged by the club please feel free to give me a call at the club I will be happy to assist in any way I can.

 

My hours are flexible so I can adjust them to suit the various meetings, functions and events taking place so if I am not in when you call just leave a message with the office and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Lastly can I just say thank you to those who have sent me their best wishes and I will endeavour to make our community scheme one to be proud of.

i am glad the club have brought it back i use to go from the age of 10 to 12 when it was based up at Meopham School with Ian Docker. great weeks they were football all day and was just fun <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/excited.gif" alt="" />
