which won't happen dumbass. To play at York Road next year not only would Slough have to cough up the £25k to Windsor for this years rent (under the terms of the contract we originally signed), but whatever rent the Scum to the west want. Now as anyone with half a brain knows, that's a retarded idea before you count in how much the York Road pitch resembles the Somme after a light drizzle.

I'd wager this quote will come back to haunt you.

Bit like Greeno saying he'd get you to midtable? Or how about COC saying he wants to play at a higher level?!

Or how about COC saying he wants to kill Greeno!? <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

i THINK they've come back to haunt them even if you luckly stay up!

As for your pitch...Susprised you've 'stolen' our groundsmen! They've done the best job of the whole lot this season!

probably but we can't afford to do both and what's the point in paying two amounts of rent to play in one place? Am I the only one who sees the logic in this? We are, however, seeking alternative arrangements for the 2006/7 season should Peter Simpson decided that the Slough money (probably three times what his own team brings in over the counter) wasn't needed....

The only way we'll be playing anywhere other than Stag Meadow is if we get kicked out for not paying the rent.

Do you think Maidenhead would be that stupid to then let us play there if we'd been evicted from elsewhere? Mind you, they did employ Dennis Greene!

Danny Romaina- According to our barman Slough's bar taking's is less than Windsors. Of course you've got to travel but are you all Tee-total or are us Windsor fans just piss heads? Then again to watch some of the rubbish we've had to i'd say we must be pissed to watch it!

Not seen it with my own eyes but seeing as his job is a lawyer if i remember correctly i'm sure he's got a water tight one! Peter is very open with Windsor fans and everything he's told us from players coming in to what will happen to Dave Carroll has come true so i've got no reason not to trust him.

You don't think that Windsor would enter into a contract with a club/chairman who was known for late payments without a contract seeing how the Windsor Chairman worked in the Law industry would you?

Ho Hum. Whatever will be will be...

well he's done nowt about so far and seeing as you're not the individual either paying or collecting the rent I would hazard a guess, and you can correct me if I'm wrong, that it's none of your business so keep your litle gob shut in matter which have nothing to do with you

yes, and if you read closely I believe I said 'On another topic'. I also only brought it up as according to your good self (as you do seem to bring up the contract on a very regular basis) you not only seem to have read said contract between Martyn Deaner and Peter Simpson but also have a fairly good grasp on contract law. But me, being the inquisitive sort wonders how a midget in the club shop would be privy to the day to day legal and financial matters concerning the running of a football club?

So Woody, would you care to answer as to how you know EVERYTHING?
