I have it on very good authority from a source who is very close to anonymous (who begs me not to reveal his identity, as he is too embarassed by the connection) that the aforesaid anonymous is a very sad person, who is made to feel so inadequate and worthless when faced by talented people doing excellent work, that he feels compelled to post ever more outrageous untruths, as he has nothing of worth to say.

 

A lot of riduculous old piffle has been posted at various times on this forum, that does not make it true.

 

Anyway, CK's worth to MFC is to me, priceless. As we shall all witness as the new season unfolds.

None of us do! I repeat NONE of us do, and why should it concern us? Thats CKs business and the clubs. Who are we to interfere with details like that. Can we not all of us just drop all the guesswork and figure talking. Its getting really boring,its not required by the majority,does no good to anyone and benefits no-one either. Even if Ck was on TWICE that amount then I personally would have no qualms with it just so long as he gets us back up the leagues. AND HE WILL!!!

Someone out there who gives out these figures,please tell me where we are supposed to be going with this subject. NO-ONE outside of the board and the manager knows or should know what wages certain people are on and its certainly not for us to know. If the jobs being done to someones best ability and the club feel they can afford it then what the hell does it matter what is paid and to who. Lets get back to supporting the club and stop trying to run it and cause friction.

JC,I think I talk for MOST of the Blue Army on this one.If CK is on £100,000 per hour thats fine,the reason is we as true Gate fans belive in that man,I belive that the fans and the great man have a bond,a bond of friendship and belief that can never be broken and if the board at Margate want to pay him £100,000 per hour thats fine because we also have faith it them to.

No concers JC because its not our money and the club can do what they wish with any cash that they may have.It may be our club but its not our business. My one concern would be that they couldnt afford these kind of amounts,whatever they are, but then again the club know what they are doing so let them get on with their business and let us get on with the supporting side of things. Agree with Tony M, as in most cases, we have to, and we do have faith in our management team.

As for CK, i.m.o. as a conference manager and conference south manager he is in the top 5 in the managers list but in the Ryman he will almost certainly become the TOP manager,taking into account his experience and record. Well worth every penny in my book,no matter how much it is. He may not always get things correct or I may not always agree with his thinking but again his record overall is quite astounding. Where will we get a better manager to get us back up at the first attempt or in the short-term?

I wasn't denigrating Kinnear's management pedigree at all, but was merely indicating that while it is important to have faith in one's club's board, that shouldn't prevent fans from querying certain decisions if they are unsure about how beneficial they may be to the club. In this case, £45,000 a year seems an unlikely figure, so there is of course no need.

I am not the person you think I am. I am not a Margate supporter. I just happen to have very good contacts and know 100 per cent that CK is on huge money. He has not left Margate because of that very reason.

 

I just believe you're paying beyond your means for a manager at Ryman League Premier Division level.
