I would like to say thanks to all those that wished us well and shared a "shoulder for us to cry on".

 

All I can say is the feeling is worse than gutted but that doesn't apply to just the supporters, it applies to the club, management and players.

As for the Claret [****!!****] on the other forum, if he is a representative of how they feel, well they can [****!!****] off. Having heard that a group of supporters don't drink at New Lodge because "they do not wish to provide any further funding to BTFC", all I can say is, how narrow minded can you get!!! No wonder no one wants the lot of you.

 

In my estimation, you have sunk lower than Canvey...and at least they have their own ground (well...until global warming sets in, the sea levels rise... <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />).

 

I would also like to say, cheers to those who have joined in with the fun, frolicks and banter this season...it's been a pleasure...

 

See ya all next season, those of you that are still with us, have a great close season.

The poster you quote "on the other forum" is not, in my judgement, reflective of the view of the overwhelming majority of Clarets in this regard.

 

Also, kindly please provide details of precisely where you heard of the actions of this group of supporters of whom you speak re. alleged boycotting of the Billericay bar because I have attended almost all Chelmsford's home fixtures this season and have visited the bar on each occasion and am not aware of any such conspiracy.

I second that Gazza, very good of certain posters to come on here and give best wishes, it is much appreciated and makes me feel better.

 

As for 'claret everywhere', i agree with peter foster, i dont think most ccfc fans think that way, i think your better off looking towards the likes of kev, etc.

leave us out of it.. i dont think a single canvey fan has even mentioned it, not thet we keep an eye on the old ESL any more..

im sure if we had been relegated riccay fans would have been all sweetness and light.. ;-)

Well I did mention something about playing East Thurrock next season and a few texts went to certain people after last night's result but apart from that all very quiet.
