Bubb? Can anyone confirm that he's gone, or is he still in the squad?

...... to Slough according to their website! They've also signed Byron Bubb who played for hendon against us.

He's not quite made it across just yet. Something to do with Billericay still holding his registration and not wanting to release him.

 

He'll be with us soon, but not as I write this.

Well he's definitely with us now as he played, and had an impressive performance as a second half sub for us on Friday.

 

Any impressions or indications as to what he's like so we can form a profile on previous opinions?

Slough Town manager Steve Browne has swooped to sign two new players his Ryman League Division One North club.

 

The two players are both brothers striker Alvin Bubb and midfielder Byron Bubb.

 

They are not the first brothers to both sign for the club as Slough had both Michael and Mark Bartley on their books and Peter and Paul Holsgrove.

Unfortunately, Alvin wasn't around long enough for us to have a decent look. Lasted about 25 minutes on full debut before being shown the red card (bit harsh in my view). Came on as sub a couple of times and always looked lively and enthustiastic. Very quick but never found the net. I reckon he'll do well in Div 1.
