Oh well thats that then. 42 games of hard work undone because of one game. Good old play off system. If Leyton go up it will be an absolute travesty. Least i wont have to spend £50 getting home on Saturday

Unfortunatly how many times have we seen a team that sneak into the play-offs by the skin of thier teeth and then claim the glory ,i agree it does'nt seem fair but we all know the rules at the start.

It's been a good season, but the fact is we have bottled it in a lot of the big games this season (Braintree Away, Worthing Home, Chelmsford Home, Tonight etc.) Yeading kept their cool in most games and won the title. We need to perform better in the big games next season.

Unfortunately Crystal Palace did exactly the same last year, sneaking into the play offs at the last minute and ultimately winning them.

 

If you had come 3rd then there would have been no complaints but it must be frustrating.

 

Still at least you get the cash bonus that is AFC Wimbledon!!!
