GAZ , Jim only said hello to me and so did Pete . I thought i deserved abit more than that . The Redbridge chairman has offered me the chance to go there next season so im 99% sure im gonna give that a go . He is the same chairman who bought me off Maidenhead a fews ago (when i could really play) I think Jim would have Daniel Clarke back before me anyway mate and i dont grudge him that , i will never be a natural goalscorer like Daniel but I think with me u get a lot more for your money . I would have loved to have had the opportunity to come and play for you again but as long as jims incharge i dont think it would be possible . I wish you all the best for the future and i will remember my time as an E.T.F.C player with nothing but fond memories . Good luck from THE CAT (R.I.P)

Billy mate your right, you do get more value for money with you in any side.

I hope by reading some of the threads on here you can see that 99% of us at the Town loved every minute of your time with us (well the fans anyway!)

Good luck where ever you end up next season Billy, stay in touch on here & let us know where you are playing, maybe our paths may even cross in a cup match.

However It does seem a shame that certain people cant see past the ends of their noses!!!

i dont know the full ins & outs of billy cove leaving town but id have you back billy,always looked likely to cause the defence trouble.whatever the problems are town can we not put the past where it belongs (if possible) & bring back the cat ? were gona need a stronger squad next year & i belive billy could add something for next season.ive always belived to **** someone off once is a mistake,do it twice & theres the door for good.bringing billy back has got to be worth thinking about at least ???

We appointed Jim as manager to build HIS team so if we dont like one or two of his choices then we should just live with it, not every decision of his will be what we would have done but could we have won 7 trophies in 4 years?

brunob - you can't defend him like that, "we have won 7 trophies in 4 years" but we have only being going 4 years, what a cr&p record for a cr&p team, by a cr&p manager
