All I have said is basically KP is at fault somewhere along the line.People have got to be honest and admit that he has mislead a lot of people, wether intentionally or not I do not know.He is the only one who has remained at the Club through all this in what capacity is not clear but he still seems to be pulling the strings. Now the Club are going into administration,WHO IS TO BLAME.There must be some one else out there who agrees with me.If I am alone with this view then I sincerley apologise I really do and I hope you all accept it.but a lot of opinions and views are aired on here some of them quite nasty to people. This my view about who is responsible!!!!!

Interesting you can only see one side of the coin, Anonymous with opinions.

I have known KP as long as I have supported the club, which is only really during our trouble and groundshares. And do you know what? All I have ever seen him do is work his rocks off to get the club back home again.

My feeling is that the powers that have opposed him at every turn should be held accountable for their part in all of this. The biggest enemy in achieving our aims has been delay, and where has that delay it's root? The club is and has been ready to go for a long time, so we need to look to where the hold up is to find the problem.

I'll give you a clue, it involves permission for something.

Not that we will see a whiff of any decision coming out of the orifice I am thinking of until after a certain date in the first week of May, methinks. Would not do to upset the electorate, at such a delicate time, now would it?

I think it is a protection measure, John, to ensure that the club survives, and the rebuild can continue without threat. From what I know about CVA it is fundamentally a restructuring of debt that allows trading to continue. Dover had one, and as soon as they had restructured, and s backer came into the club with funds to discharge or reconfigure the debt to make the liabilities less pressing, the agreement was then removed. I see the same thing has happened to Cambridge United today, and Wrexham recently. Now, if it had to happen, is about as good a time as any. We were already relegated, so the loss of 10 points is irrelevant, although it would have been a bitter pill to swallow had we had won the last game and still had a chance to stay up.

The fundamental reason for the necessity at all is, in my opinion, the lack of a decision on the application for the commercial development. It has been stated by the club that when this agreement is reached, it will trigger the release of funds to cover the liabilities that have brought the CVA upon us. We must have all realised that, playing at Ashford put the club in a perilous financial situation, given that we had no commercial or marketing income and scant gate receipts.

What interests me is why there has been no news about the progress of negotiations on the commercial side. Certainly this application has not figured in any of the planning meetings held by TDC since they postponed a decision in March. I would have expected then something in April, seeing as the council was so intent on subjecting the club to those 14 day deadlines and all that urgency way back when we stood on the steps of the council building to try to save the club.
