What sort of background,and previous record would you have to have,in order to avoid a custodial sentence for a knife attack.

 

I thought that the sentence just for carrying a knife, could be up to 5 years in jail.

I agree whole-heartedly. Get the ILLEGALS out (if we need workers so much, why don't we put the 1.8m so-called unemployed that we have here to work, then the ILLEGALS wouldn't come here), pull out of Europe, bring back Grammar schools, Borstals and National Service.

Stop child allowance which might help some of these stupid tarts having kids just as fashion accessories, and make the Chav's parent(s) pay for their crimes or they can do hard labour.

You only have to walk down any high street in England on a Friday or Saturday night and see what we have become.

By the way, are we supposed to be discussing things like this during a run up to an election?

PS I forgot the stocks and public hangings! Talking of which last hangings were in the 60s. I think Harry Roberts missed swinging by a few months.

Exactly. There must have been more to the case than a straightforward knife attack.
