"It is rather disappointing to report that despite pressure from both the Police and ourselves, Shepway Council have come up with a series of poor excuses as to why we cannot use Radnor Park, Polo Ground etc. So unless there is a major change it is on street parking only!

"Those reading this please therefore, advise your neighbours of the likely congestion. Also if an election campaigner knocks on your door please pass on my disappointment."
