I shall be at tonights game as usual, if any of you sad sods want cheering up with some football knowledge. But thursday no way !! never been to a "mickey mouse" cup final.

ps. this is my last post of the season bye <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/applaus.gif" alt="" /> for now.

You say I was having a laugh!!-what about Slough Town F.C., who told that bunch they could play football ?? pure disgrace the way they have thrown away the chance at the play offs, when they had all those games in hand.I am ashamed of and for them.

You claim to be an expert, yet in not one post have you ever made a single positive contribution. All you do is moan, moan, moan. You must be hell to live with.

 

You claim to be an ex-pro expert (Arsenal 1 Swindon Town 3, you said), but you weren't actually part of the winning team, so you lied. You were injured you said. But of the two players who were not in the final squad, you deny being either of them. So you either were one of the few who hardly played a game, which hardly allows you to claim being part of the squad or as I suspect, you are actually a fraud. What were you really, third tea bar assistant?

 

But if you are the expert you claim, what should Eddie have done given the assets that he had? He had two of his defence team leave, Gyoury and Moeller, leaving him with little cover at the back. He had, due to the cup runs, a load of games to cram in with little choice but to keep the first team heavily involved. He has not had a load of money available. Many would think he had not done too badly given his resource restrictions.

 

But what were your creative suggestions for what he could do? Nothing other than slag players off, like you did Steve Daley, and generally rubbish anything and everything.

 

Ashamed of them? You have no right to be ashamed of them, you never EVER gave them any support in the first place and if you are the ex-pro you claim to be, you should be ashamed to come on here and express such a load of unprofessional twaddle.

I suspect come next season it will still be sitting in your wallet, because you never had any intention of being such a real supporter, who wants to actually HELP make things better. As for Thursday, you won't be there. Good! No one will notice!

Did you ever come to any games - I doubt it.

 

Were you ever a profesional player - if you were, you have not shown any respect for your fellow players by putting down the Slough players at every oppertunity.

 

Optimistic - I think this names sums you up well - optimistic of anyone taking you seriously.

 

I have long raised the issue of restricting this site to registered users only, and your abuse of this site with your poisned comments has proved my case.
