Keep CK for one more season if he is prepared to stay and see if he can get us back into conference then appoint someone who can take us further (i.e someone with league or vast conference experience as a manager). Don't rate Kinnear at conf level (remember Dover parted company with him during lean times in the conf)and we have got progressively worse at that level over past few years (2 successive relegations albeit the first was a "demotion" due to ground) but below that his record is exemplary. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" />

CK MUST STAY!!! I don't know of many people in football who would have put up with all the S**T CK has had to endure (not to mention us supporters!). We've had so many false dawns before he arrived but he has delivered. I still can't believe we actually made to the conference national - the Boston game will live with me til the day I die.
