Will Boretree throw their last game?

They are certain of a play-off place now, but by losing on Saturday the chances are they will avoid the long trip to Eastleigh on the Wednesday and instead make the short trip to New Lodge on Tuesday. Of course by taking this course of action they would sacrifice any chance of a home play-off final.

If their last game doesn't end 0-0 we'll know there's something fishy going on......

Just the thought of playing the mighty Billericay in the play-offs is our cup final wither it be in the semi-final or final such an achievement for a club of our size deep in the heart of the essex farmlands.

We are not worthy <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/bow.gif" alt="" />

Ryan do i sense that maybe just maybe your not quite as confident as you were of putting us old carrott crunchers out of our misery, maybe your right i mean if we play out of our skins and you have one hell of an off day maybe we do stand just a glint of a chance ,or could it be just a dream on my part.

Anyway been nice chatting but i have to go now the chickens need feeding and the stables mucking out.

SEE YA LATER.

Does anyone else get the feeling Andy's sarcastic humility is an attempt to cover them for when Ricay beat them in the playoffs?

I for one want Braintree in the first game. Yeah it wouldnt be easy but we are the better team.

And an award winning groundsman I hasten to add.

jl with regards your forecast "Billericay Town 2004/05 Ryman Champions
You heard it here first!!"

We sure did, I hope you kept your wallet well and truly hidden on that notion.

Ho hum, never mind
It's a shame there wasn't a market for most bore draws in the season. We would all have dished up on that one!!!

Not over confident at all Gazza, have the utmost respect for Ricay and the current run you have going, and I stand by you being the favourites to win.

The Eastleigh game will be tough but have drawn both games with them this season so that could go either way.

Can't see that we would play 11 behind the ball, I wouldn't expect an open game as so much rests on the outcome, perhaps 10 men with a last minute winner.

unless we can repeat on the second result between the teams from earlier this season.
