A totally lousy season, that should of been far better. Glad to see the back of it.

 

Unfortunately, fulltime next season or not, we haven't seen the worst of Gravesend and Northfleet.

I don't know about 'far better' - I'm sure we all suspected that our superb start to the season wasn't likely to be maintained. I didn't really expect us to finish any higher than about ninth or tenth this year, so we haven't fallen too far short of that target. That said, if your opinion is based on the agonizing Trophy exit, then you're probably right.

Red Neck's right to be concerned about next year. The fact is, as we turn full-time we simply can't expect a sudden rocketing up the table, since so many other clubs in the division are full-time already anyway.
