Do not be to optimistic !!

I am just a fan and like every one else hope we can bounce back.What concerns me is that the situation is no different to this time last year, we went down and every one was full of optimism and look what has happened.This time we are worse off,last year we were not in a relegation spot,and with a good number of the squad staying we should have may be done better.So on the field what is to blame,obviously the transfer embargo which is still in place,and really does not look as if it will be lifted, so how the hell are we going to be able to sign any decent players to at least compete with the rest let alone beat them.IMO all this is to do with the make up of the Club.Why do we have the embargo on us? I have no idea who or what debts to whom ever are involved but owe money the Club most certainly does!! All this must have some thing to do with who ever in the Club is in charge of the finances.The Club must have a solid foundation,lets be honest do we know who the real chairman is,who the real directors are ,if GL is going to put the money up for the ground redevelopement and his company or whovever is going to release funds to pay off the debts(how the hell this lot will get paid back is beyond me)will GL then become our chairman?.Lets face it as much as we all support KP ( I accept we have no choice but to go along with him),with him at the helm although in no legal position,look where it has got us No the club has got to have a proper Chairman and Board of Directors running things!! I think it is rather ironic that the day we are relegated Ramsgate get their Trophy as League Champions.Lets be honest on the field of play the gap is closing between the clubs.Obviously if Ramsgate get promoted to a higher League then they will have to invest in more players, but I think another irony is that while we cannot sign any one Ramsgate have done well with mostly local players.They have the setup to attract these players,and do not any one suggest they could not have held their own with us but imo Ramsgate are in a better position right now than us.I have stated here just my own personal thoughts about what has happened to our Club and I am not in any way having a go at CK or any of the players,all of whom have shown loyalty and committement way above the norm.Nor am I in any way critisising the current acting?? Chairman or Directors ?? again imo they have worked tirelessly under impossible cicumstances.No if any thing I am having a go at KPs continual involvememt in the running of the Club and I cannot detect <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> any change in the forseeable future. THAT IS WHAT WORRIES ME !!!

From what i have been told HP is designated as a sports area and not as many think a cmmercial site,also their seems to be some doupt about the backers that are lurking in the background. as for IJ think she only backed the ground in the end because there might be some gain in it.
