ok so we are relegated but it is a season that has not been dominated by football but polotics and it is that and nothing else that has cost us dear this season, however, next week we must show the team and managemnent exactly how much we appreciate the work they have put in this season because after all i do not blame CK or ANY of the players and am looking forward to next week before, during and after the game for the end of season bash,

 

ignore the gloaters who keep rubbing it in!!!

Don't hide behind this "politics" b#######. The manager and the players have to shoulder some of the responsibility. The squad may have been small and strained but there were still enough "quality" players that should have kept us up but they persistently under performed (particularly the strikers) and we made too many schoolboy errors in defence. You might accept dross but I certainly don't. We got wot we deserved - the table does not lie and this in a league full of mediocre teams!!! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/angry.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/angry.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/angry.gif" alt="" />

I think you are simply not considering the impact of playing with such a small squad with players that were carrying too many injuries collectively at times, which meant that there were no options when things were not going so well. The level of uncertainty endured by the players and coaching staff can only be imagined. Chris, the players and rest of the team deserve our full support. I hope they all satay for next season and that Chris is in a position to add to the squad we already have. If players are able to rest between games - particulalry when injured, and some can make the improvemenmts next year that they have made this, I see no reason why we can't bounce back - yes even at the expense of Wimbledon!
