I note in todays Gazette, qoute, Margate have applied for planning permission to reinstateth Harts down Park Stadium. The application is for a pitch,floodlighting,terracing and temporary seating.I thought all this was cut and dried KP,the Club and SE have all said recently that everything is in orger to go ahead.Now does this mean these plans could be rejected? Why is planning permission required for things that were already there, am I wrong, am I nieve or ignorant or what. EXPLANATIONS PLEASE !!!!!!! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" />

I had a look at the planning bit of TDC wesite the other day, and the ground one has been granted as far as I can see. Perhaps it is a mistake? (surely not in the media?)!

It says in the planning application.

Would you accept temporary permission.

I take it that as the stands are temporary, thats why work is going ahead.
