Do you agree that even if we go down and we get a runaway start to the season we will get bumper crouds,due to the new ground ect this will lift the team even more,seen CK do this at Dover a few years back.Lets face it we all should have an amount of feel good factor within us now.

The club will need to work on the publicity in the summer. Does anyone know who Billy's testimonial will be against?

I think that next season can be good! OK, we probably will get relegated, but that doesn't have to be the be all and all does it. The fact we've still got a mathematical change of surviving with only two games left after the past couple of years we've had is amazing!! As CK said, many teams would simply have folded, but not us!! If we do go to the Ryman, then that will be a good move I think and I think we can do well. At times this season we have looked out of our depth, but then CK has had no flexibility with the squad.

That's always assuming the transfer embargo has been lifted by then! Does anyone know when this might be and what the terms for lifting it are?

Hi Northhants, good to have you with us. In response to your query about the embargo, my understanding of the situation is that if the commercial side of the planning application moves forward, funds will be available to get this lifted.

I would be interested to know when the council will be deliberating this, as it was postponed from the March planning meeting, which I think is why we did not have it lifted up to now. This aspect of our future development seems to have fallen out of sight a bit lately.

IMO,when you talk about the embargo that has been with us for this season,that is the reason we are in the state we find ourselfs at this moment,nothing to do with ground sharing.We need to get this lifted ASAP that is paramount,if CK starts next season with this embargo still with us how can he rebuild for the future.
