thats good news as martin cant play now ill have to change the teams around a bit now,meet at 9 at waterside i was told by mick he could get a kit but no luck there so please bring a home shirt, shorts and socks

it was a good day 3 canvey having 3 teams with 1 team getting to the quater finals and losing on penalties ill should have some pics on info on here soon

Really enjoyable day as usual, although finding it hard to move today as i ache all over <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" />. As rich mentioned, one team made the quarter finals, one team would of made the quarters but lost out on goal difference and the other team unfortunately didn’t get out of the group.

 

The 'A' team were drawn in the same group as ricay and we picked up an easy 3 points with a 1-0 victory. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

I think the cricket could be a bit tricky this year as the club are trying to get quite a few friendlies organised. This means it will be unlikely that a Saturday will be available.

 

As Gary says, it was a really good tournament and I feel more than a little annoyed that we didn't qualify. 4 teams finishing on 8 points from 6 games, we were well unlucky!! Are scores were:
