Game of the Season

What was your game of the season then?

 

Mine had to be Basingstoke in the trophy. 4-0! How the hell did we do that! We all thought we were going to be destroyed but the lads played some fantastic football and we out classed them!

 

However Eastleigh away was also good considering the team we played and how well they played.

 

My game of the season just for the time i had is joint between Chesham away (Matt getting kicked in the head by a bottle twice!!!!) and Chatham at home. Their poor keeper and his dad standing in front of us to try and shut us up! Hhahahhaa!

 

So what's yours then?

Mine would have to be Staines away at the beginning of the season. We totally out played them. Morgan scored a fantastic goal even though Les said "Don't shoot from there!" as it screamed into the net. I do believe Staines didn't touch the ball for the last 15 minutes!!! They looked totally dejected as we started cheering for every pass we put together. I lost count after a while.

 

That month was crazy it was hard to vote for goal of the month that month.

Ah yes how could i of forgot that classic! Morgan's one and only goal for the first team(so far) and what a goal it was!

 

the home tie agains them was fantastic thanks to the last 5 mins...Madness!

Staines away would also be my vote.

How things have changed! Top of the division, Dennis 'Dodgy' Greene in charge, and hardly a Holsgrove in sight!
