Didn't L****ou get some cheerleaders or a band on for one of the last games at Southbury Road to prevent more on-pitch protests? Was that Enfield Blaze? Anyone remember?

Anyone care, for that matter?

Look we do not need cheerleaders!

Football is not about razamataz its more serious than that.

What we need is bovril, flat caps and whippets.

When will the younger generation understand that they are to be seen but not heard. It was different in our day. People knew where they stood. Saturday morning cinema and football in the afternoon. Sunday school on Sunday followed by Sunday dinner, bathtime and bed. Things were ordered then.

Cheerleaders pah!!!!

Shouldn't have women at football either. And kids should be allowed to climb over fence so that they can afford the bovril.

All this fuss over Doctor Who. Does nobody remember "The Red Grass". Now that was scary for Saturday children's television. And what happened to wrestling Mr Jacky(TV) Pallo v Mick McManus.

Cheerleaders - whatever next.

who have u played for then kremlin and who do u want to play for?

in all honesty i dont think many clubs would turn away a player who attends training. we certainly havent this season. quite a few players have trained with us this season. the team that sticks in my mind to always be on the hunt for new players are eton manor. check it on emfc.co.uk if u fancy it. all the club websites have contact numbers and e mails you can ring.

The name of the League might have given you a clue, Kremlin... but it's true that one cub is in Middlesex/Greater London (depending how you look at it) and one is in Herts.

How do you know you're a good player if you've never played for anyone? Just wondered.

As for you Steph, you didn't mention the rattles and rosettes. Proper football boots that almost met the bottom of the shorts. No substitutes, play on with two broken legs and an arm missing. No defenders whatsoever to make it more exciting. Goalies in green propoer roll neck jumpers. Refs in black. David Coleman. Stanley Matthews. Everyone thinking it was really funny if a dog went on the pitch. Floodlights on pylons at each corner. Ten minutes halftime interval, max. As many cup replays as it needed. World Cup Willie. Workington Town, Bradford PA in the League.

Cheerleaders don't seem so bad now somehow...

There are teams in and around East London Kremlin but they are spread around a few leagues and not all in one.

See if you can get a copy of the current Non League Directory (at the local library) or buy one for a tenner or so and browse through the leagues in our general area and the clubs' locations and contact details.
