I thought that Gibson sacked Gary Roberts when we were top of the league!
Then appointed Steve Cook - disaster

Then appointed Stuart Cash, who in turn appointed Colin Lippiat and when Stuart Cash left after a week he couldn't be bothered to readvertise so just appointed Lippiat - It's worked out very very well but it could so easy not have, for once Gibson was lucky!

I agree,Some of the other appointments were a little strange especially Cook,When everybody knew that Gary Roberts was the driving force of the two,But nobody is perfect,That being said Mr Gibson had the balls to appoint Colin when a lot of saints fans would have preferred someone else.So give him some credit where its due, With Colin at the helm things are looking better than they have for a long time.

I spoke to a number of fans at the time who were unsure of the appointment, But like i said Colin has proved to be a very shrewd pick by the chairman.
