Could this be the reason?

 

From the FA Site:

Football Conference – National, 11 March 2005

Charged with a breach of FA Rule E3: abusive and/or insulting words to a Match Official

 

Decision: 4 match touchline ban and fined £200

There is not much else I could think of to discribe some of the displays by so called match officials within the conference, that warranted anything other than abusive remarks and language, for me, most of them have thoroughly deserved it.

The FA, really do need to look at the standard of officiating at this level, I thought the officials in the Ryman was bad but the Conference has taken the biscuit this season.
