On watching Bowers under 18s against Brentwood under 18s tonight at bowers,i was told that the current 1st team manager darran george had resigned due to reasons unknown at present.

Darran may be plenty of things but as a contributer to our site, not a quiter.

 

 

Surely if true, I say......... Probably a nice guy misunderstood and misled by his ESL superiors.

"Shafted" does highlight his own progressive " I must get to the top guidelines whatever attitude".

 

That aside if true he will bounce back and hopefully take his energy and application to newer fields.

I wish to clarify that i resigned last night from bowers & pitsea fc and was not sacked as suggested by some individuals.

Darran, you are a good fella, never met you but you stand up for what you belief in, good luck in what ever you end up doing, I just hope Bowers know what they are missing, most important only you will know your true friends are in football, like me 2 weeks ago I thought I had a few at my old club, circumstances proved me wrong.

 

But I didnt do anything wrong, so if you get knocked on here, dont even bother with some of the stupid things some stupid people say.
