I see that the Essex Chronicle have announced that CCFC will Start next season at New Lodge.

 

That was very presumptuous of the Chronicle

 

The facts are; CCFC has approached us to ask if they can stay for a few months because of a delay in the building works at Melbourne Park.

They have been good tenants for Seven years and I think it right and proper that we continue to accommodate them for a short while longer if an agreement can be made.

 

But, to date, no deal has been agreed. A meeting has been arranged between the Clubs Directors prior to our game on Tuesday. However, it is expected to be a mere formality.
