Well I went all the way to Stevenage (which is never nice). I got to the cop shop and they had sent a new solicitor who hadn't even got my file. The cops told me that the flare was still with the forensic people <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" /> (apparently that's the norm with firearms - there's that word again) and they bailed me again (for a change at a date that suits me) so I'll try again in 5 weeks. Still not been interviewed about the actual night, if they interview me in 5 weeks that'll be 11 weeks after the incident and I could probably claim memory loss.

It was all over in 40 mins
