Joking aside, how can having an Indie has-been come round your house with an acoustic guitar, sitting on a stool in your front room and singing a few Carter b-sides be worth £1,020+?

 

I mean, seriously - I reckon whoever wins that auction will be well disappointed.

 

I would honestly consider myself technically more talented at both playing and songwriting than he is, yet I play guitar in my front room all the time and it really doesn't sound great!

 

Like Colin said last night before he was arrested, it only costs £300 to hire Jim for weddings and bah-mitzvahs!

Presumably this Jim home gig was meant to be "something for the fans", but by auctioning it, Jim has effectively priced every one of his fans out of being to see him.

Well that's fair enough, but he's still priced out 'the kids'.

And it's not all the proceeds - he's still taking out the expenses, which I heard somewhere was around £400.

We use to have so much fun a couple of years ago didnt we. We use to allways be fighting on the train with one another. remember carl and Nuneaton fighting at hatfield train station. I think i recall you zeal punching me in the face once or it could have been Thorns.

What's Jim's auction up to now?

 

I rememeber him telling us that the Stereoworld would cost £250 to hire, stick em in a venue like the Horn, where the door is split 70/30 in our favour and we make a profit (maybe)
