Just joking fella but seriously someone for some reason has a grudge against Thornsy. Doesn't exactly improve the atmosphere at St Albans.

"A 30 year old St Albans man was arrested and bailed to appear before Stevenage Magistrates Court on ..... It is believed that he was in possession of a flare".

 

The person concerned claimed that he lives on the other side of the River Ver from the bus stop and that he crosses the river by boat to get home. He explained that his bright clothing and hairstyle were deliberately worn as a safety precaution in the event that his frail craft ever got into difficulties during the, at times, dangerous crossing in order to attract attention from other craft in the busy sea-lanes of the river. The flare was a safety device to be used to call out the St Albans & District coastguard and lifeboat, if necessary.

All jokes aside, there is someone at the club who has obviously got it in for Colin big time, and this has resulted in Colin spending the night in a police cell because of a tip-off to the police.

 

Colin, Laz and myself all know who it was who told the police officer about the flare he was carrying.

 

It was a vindictive thing to do, and I'm sure everyone is pretty much in agreement that the police could have made far better use of their time getting some peace and order amongst those Wood chav yobs.
