Formations & FA Cup

What kind of formation are we playing at the moment.. I'm looking at the line-ups for the first 4 games and 532 doesnt instantly jump out at me, unless Ryan Spencer is a right wing back?

 

Also, I think we will face our sternest test so far this season when we play at Thame United in the FA Cup.. even if we win, we will travel to Lewes, scene of the worst STFC display of the 21st Century. Fingers crossed that Anthony Howard and Paul Barrowcliff will be fit for thsi weekend.

Nah it's 4-4-2 and we are much better suited to playing that way. We always try 5-3-2 and always lose. It only really worked when we had Dave Tim and Micky Engwell playing as wingbacks a few seasons ago.

 

And I am a little worried about Saturday because of

Lewes is in the Trophy. We've got Merstham or St Leonards should we overcome Thame.

Two upfront:

Boot/Winston/Hale/Deaner

 

With CJ as backup for the left wing and Howard to come back in as either centre back or right wing back. Wonder if it would work better as a 4-4-2??
