bush and howard.. for a true axis of free markets, global powerhouse companys running roughshod over third world workforces, military action on a global scale for no reason other than to test all that new gear they keep spending money on and some other stuff like no tax at all and everyone getting private stuff

Perhaps I should have written "it's been over two years since the war", to avoid the confusion!
