well done eddie for dropping him against hendon even though we lost.it doesn't matter who it is if someone plays crap for a few games they should be dropped.eddie has now noticed that after about 15 games christian is crap.well done!!

After a dodgy start Christian has really impressed me this season, he has gone from strength to strength.

Generally spoeaking, when Metcalfe plays well, so do Slough. What I have noticed is that while some of the fans behind the goal think he has been poor with his passing, quite a lot of the fans who watch from ther side feel he plays well.

 

This must mean something, though I've no idea what.

Mets plays better when Wilko plays. When Darron's not there most of the defensive midfield duties fall on Mets which is why his performance isn't the same. When the mighty Wilko is alongside him, it's different and unfortunately for us Darron has spent a lot of time with niggly injuries this year.

i think hes a decent player in our midfield, we seem to play well when he plays, but when we have so many midfielders, you cant play him all the time

I think Mets is one of our most essential players. Like other players he has had his off days but 90% of the time he has been outstanding.

Try convincing the geezers where I stand! Then again what do they know, they moan about Ryan Spencer too.

It's good enough to get stuck in and wang the ball forward, but not good enough to pass the ball to one of our players and help to keep the shape and balance of the side.

Bernie, sounds like you stand on the side nearest the club house. Lots of people there KNOW Mets is c*ap, just watch his ball control, passing etc. He is the weak link in a good squad, how can anyone rate him.

Christian was superb today; as he has been for most of the 2nd half of the season! Man of Match by mile. So do be quiet please.
