Saturdays games

So we host Worthing on Saturday, quite odd that its our first game against them, and were in the final three weeks of the season already.

Elsewhere, Yeading play Northwood at home. Northwood got spanked 6-1 at Heybridge in the week, so we cant really expect any favours from them. Games are running out for Yeading to drop points, but we only need them to lose one game and we can still win the title.

We shouldnt be looking down the table, but Eastleigh play host to our North essex friends. Braintree are on a slump and need points badly to keep hold of that play off spot.

I think we should beat Worthing, we have to really be winning our home games. I think they are probably an inconsistent side, some people have said theyve been one of the best oppositions all season, while others have said theyve been awful. So we could have a toughy, or we could stroll to a win. Dont think it will be easy though. Lets get another big crowd down to New lodge and cheer on the blues.

Oh, and i predict a 2-0 win.

Another nervy afternoon awaits. Should be tough but reckon we'll get thru 3-1 att:756. Not sure if norwood will take anything from yeading, but heres hoping

The pressure is off to a certain extent now... We're almost guaranteed a play-off place, (I think if we win and Leyton don't then it's certain?) and barring a major slip up then we should finish at least 2nd. Can't see Yeading failing to beat Northwood so we should go out there and try and relax and play some good footie...

 

Prediction: a crowd of 707 are treated to a 3-3 thriller, Simon BTFC who will be on a stag do, and so won't be there gets nervous and has a bit of a wobble...

We will beat Worthing, unfortunately it's difficult to see Yeading dropping any points against Northwood. I think if we could get 700 for an "average" league game then that would bode well for the future...mystic JL

I have rubbed my ball and you are indeed lucky, especially to have such a stunning circle of friends. I see celebrations both at around five o clock today and also later in the evening. However as the evening progresses my sight becomes blurred and it becomes difficult for me to see the way ahead.
