Next season's Conference South

Remember this time last season, Laz kept posting with updated lists of who would be in Conference South if positions stayed the same?

 

Can someone do one now for next season, please?

 

Presumably we lose five teams? - two up and three down?

 

Who would come the other way, and will there be any shifting due to geography??

Didn't Braintree's keeper throw a brick at someone once?

You're thinking of Billericay, mate.

 

When we played down there in November 2003, their keeper threw a stone in the general direction of the St Albans City support.

 

Fortunately it didn't hit anyone, but judging the by the noise it made as it hit the back of the metal stand, it was thrown with some speed and venom.

Ah yes I remember that now. It nearly hit Patrick although I understand witnesses at the other end of the ground said it didn't happen and that there was also some racist abuse. I was a full five yards away so can't really say.

If Cambridge win the play off for the conference there may be a chance that we play in conference north next season. B Stortford are slightly further north but we are, probably, better placed to get north due to the M1.

 

Much will depend upon who wins the play off's I guess.
