You might be interested to know that the person pictured above was arrested on Tuesday night for possession of an illegal weapon at Letchworth Football Ground. Thanks to the fact that I circulated the above picture to all Police Stations in Hertfordshire, this person has also now been nicked for urinating in public. Thank you for helping clear this scum from our streets.
