Nine points there this week for the taking?? What happems? Already three gone because of poor management decisions re 'resting players', lack of team spirit, no game plan or strategy. A bunch of not- very -talented individuals beaten, deservedly, by a division 1 side who showed more fight & sparkle. Same again on Thur?

Lets just hope that the last two games have been off days and will have provided the kick up the rear to lift the boys for Thursday. We never expected to take max points, so hopefully we've dropped all we're going to. We need to get behind them on Thurs and Sat and stop moaning. Its over and done with now and we need to look forward.

Anyone care to answer how a team can beat a team 4 leagues above them, but still lost to a team thats been relegated in their own league?

Your not telling me that we are not entitled to the occassional off day!

You lot really make me laugh-"THE OCCASSIONAL OFF DAY", there has been far to many off days since Walsall.Get your head out of the sand.

I think it is you that needs to get their head out of the sand. We are not going to play well every single game. Get used to it.

I don't know, a team can't score for six games (the best part of seven weeks) and then bang in three!!

You can't make this sort of stuff up!!

Yes incredible isn't it - a team that loses 3-2 against a team which is relegated, still took six points and scored seven goals against you and still may end up above you in the table.......

Don't start crowing yet.........

Now you really don't have a clue do you-they all get paid, and are lucky to have 2 paid jobs.As for coming down and trying, 15 years ago I had the odd season or ten with Swindon.

You don;t have a clue do you? This is semi-pro football. Only the best players at this level get paid.

Have to say...I was disapointed again by our quick reaction to get on the players backs !

We all have our opions, but I don't beleive for one minute it ever helps ... its the mangers job to deal with that and get them motivated....

thats why I contantly get get shouted down because I beleive encouragement does the players better than abuse and negatives...

Its like life if you get critisised ! it hurts even though you you might be having a bad day - encouragement helps...A FACT !

Up the Rebels...

The contracted players will be paid each week the agreed amount on their contract. The non-contract players will most likely be on appearance fees - i.e. £10 if you start, £5 if you come on as sub, so not strictly true that only the best will get paid as squads are regularly rotated at this level.

So you telling one of the players on Tuesday to "GET STUCK IN YOU BIG TART", is your way of encouraging them was it?!!! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
