The basic principle of Tory education policy is to cut money from state schools and the NHS to subsidise private education and private healthcare. The Tories' voucher schemes for schools and hospitals will use taxpayers' money to subsidise fee-paying parents and transfer millions from state schools into private schools for the privileged few.

Haha! Copy and paste is a wonderful invention!!

scroll about half way down!!!!

Thought the spelling and grammar was too good to be your own work!!

They're a bunch of pricks who need to grow up and live in the real world.

All these amateur anarchists like nigel_h who live in their cotton-wool world where nothing bad goes on, happy to just slag off Maggie or the royals (because all their student mates and Jimbob do), but have no idea what's actually going on outside their front doors.

These are the sort of idiots that have left us rotting with a Labour government over the last eight years.

Perhaps if some of these people were the victims of real crime, they might alter their pinko-do-gooder attitudes and realise that nasty, evil minds cannot be "cured" with a cuddle.

When have I ever said I woudln't like to see rapist etc hang?

The Tories would take Britain back to the failed Tory past of recession, sky high mortgage rates and cuts to public services. Under Michael Howard the Tories are committed to a £35 billion cut to public services. Cuts on that scale could only be found through cuts to frontline services - cuts to schools, hospitals and the police.

Who said I was a pinko, leftie?

Just because I voted Labour last time and have a slight social concience!

Actully talking of cutting and pasting Gordon left a Tory leaflet in my tray here for a laugh and I took a look at it and I noticed soemthing familar:

Average Council Tax £2,000

Violent crime spiralling out of control

Unlimited immigration

Dirty hospitals, long waiting lists

More pensioners relying on means testing

More children suffering because of poor discipline in school

More waste and higher taxes
