Not at all, if she stood in M/head the best way to gain favour would be a Man Utd or Chelsea shirt.

Perhaps the same is true in Slough. It does not always follow they do things for effect. Tony Banks is a rabid Chelsea fan yet he is MP for...West Ham yet makes no secret of it.

When she came to the trust launch and the Yeading game she was showing her support for Slough Supporters. More than 39 local councillors did.

There were a handful of councillors at the Yeading/Walsall matches, all of them Labour. To be fair, one Lib dem gave support as well even though prior commitments prevented their attending. No Tories or Independants though.

what with the election coming up i emailed the good lady herself and asked what she would do re: our club if she (and labour) succeeded this year...if she replies (and allows me to post it) i'll put her response up here
