These two statements seem largely incompatible. The blithe and cheery statement of the first quote seems somewhat at odds with a battle against alcoholism. If the first stage to recovery is admitting you have a problem, surely the second should be admitting that the problem is serious enough to not be so flippant about?

I'm regularly breaking the 100-hour barrier at the minute, which is quality, though I've still to manage 200 hours!

 

Checked out the salt content in hot chocolate - I couldn't see that there was too much in the way of sodium there, although Mrs Z says my cocoa tates very salty. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

Gertcha ended up in Batchwood last night, so has phoned in sick and wants to meet me for some pintage at lunchtime.

 

It's tempting to have a few actually, as it's Friday. But I'm determined to do the three weeks up til the Arsenal game!
