I enjoyed the game today. Although it took us forever to get there (3 hours and 45 mins) - dont ask. First half was awful - defending would have disgraced schoolboys. However, Clarke's free kick was a lifeline.

Second half was much better and, with a bit more luck, i feel we could have even nicked a winner. Che's goal was superb. May i say that i would like to thank the Margate fans for their vocal support, and i hope that this will continue throughout the season. I would say that the best players for the gate today were trego (some brilliant saves) and smith (has come on leaps and bounds)

May i also add that the bognor fans were very quiet, and many of them made snide comments about our players...i will take pleasure in beating them next season <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

I couldnt get there today to witness the performance but the result is a cracker, but only if we capitalise on it with a WIN on tuesday night. We have to win our home games and take other points away from home as a bonus. Well,we got a bonus today so now we have to make sure of victory on tuesday night. Tuesday's game is even more important now because of this valuable point we got today.
