He also claims that Burnhams "luck" has to run out (how many games has he seen them in?)

 

Saving the best 'til last he also says that Burnham Ramblers are simply not good enough to beat the mighty Town.

 

How this **** makes me laugh.

Not only that but one he makes before every important game. It fires up the opposition, makes our players take things too easily and almost invariably leads to us dropping vital points.

 

The title is obviously now winging its way to Leslie Field.

Back to the original point,If a manager said "my team is awful and we wont win a thing" then that is the point when I would say get rid of him,it the managers job to get behind the players HE brought to the club.

we spend alot of time together and involved in various projects that Romford have and will be doing and I am so proud to have a friend like him.

 

He cares and doesnt suffer fools gladly, towards his players he digs them out behind closed doors and then raises then.

 

He doesnt do stupid paper talk like some do to wind up the opposition

 

He is his a legend and has my up most respect

Yeah, they sound like much better tactics than Jims.Pity the results don't back them up.

Zody,i'm all for you praising your boss,just don't have a dig at our manager in the process.Jim is 100% honest and says what he believes.How was he trying to wind Burnham up? I didn't know you could buy the Enfield Gazzette in deepest Essex.

My point is why talk to the papers when you know, will it be written excactly as you have said it,

 

look at the crap that Ferguson and Wenger have raised by paper talk
