Hornchurch Sign New Keeper

 

Hornchurch are pleased to announce the signing of former Chelsea and Manchester United keeper Mark Bosnich.

 

The Australian born Bosnich, aged 33, was signed just minutes before the 5pm deadline yesterday (Thursday) and will go into Saturdays's squad to play Weston Super Mare at home.

 

Managing Director Jon Smith said 'We are delighted to welcome Mark to Bridge Avenue, and he will be a great addition to the squad for the remaining games of the season. Whilst Micky Desborough will remain our number one keeper, we now have a reserve keeper on the bench, who we can call upon if required.'
