thanks for the votes of confidence...Martin I promise you won't feel knackered, the idea is not to knacker you out but to get the blood flowing through all of the muscles so the oxygen is there when they need them therefore preventing a lactic acid build up due to an oxygen deficit

P.E. A level lesson will continue at a later date...

I'm with Martin. We need to be careful not to overdo it although a gentle warm up would be advisable as long as there's no running. I don't intend running anywhere in the game let alone the warm up! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Me and Radders had a nice chat the other day (got me late back from my break as well!) and he asked about the supporters vs Supporters match. It looks like it's going to be hard to fit it in at the Meadow because the pitch is fully booked and needs time to recover and be repaired etc!
