I'm backing Chris all the way on this subject.

 

I think if you read through the original comments F.F, he does admit that mistakes were made during the season but at least he is backing up his staff. Of course working for the railway, you wouldn't have any experience of management looking after their employees! ( A cheap shot but it felt good saying it, and I'll buy you a pint next time I see you in the bar!)

 

However, I really think that we should be using this thread to ask Chris to reconsider the clubs segregation policy for the Morcambe game.

 

This lot are boisterous, noisy, drunk (and thats just the women as I remember.) but great company! The banter between the two sets of supporters a couple of years ago was excellent stuff without the slightest hint of anything escalating out of control. At the very least we would stand to make a fair bit of revenue from the extra bar takings!

My opinion.....for what it worth...and i set myself up to be ridiculed by the Anon brigade!!! ( and if so, I couldn't give a XXXX)

 

Fair play to Chris Baker coming on the Forum & trying to explain the reasoning behind the actions taken recently, and indeed, accepting the fact that at times it has not been perfect, but he intends to remedy that.

 

Some people moan that the club does not give out enough info, and then, when Chris takes the trouble to try and answer questions, people still get the ar*e !!

 

To me, this is one area where the club & it's representatives are dealing directly with the questions asked by the supporters.Isn't that what people have been striving for ?

 

You can't have your cake and eat it !!!
